I started working with Cheryl 2 and a half years ago after a flare up of my chronic back injury
She is very knowledgeable about the body and is always improving her knowledge and skills which she then applies during our sessions so that I get noticeable improvements in less time.
She is very experienced in analyzing movements and how my body might be compensating. She addresses the area of weakness and so allows my body to move bettter and without pain. 

Through my recent pregnancy, Cheryl had helped me with my Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction such that the pain did not worsen and I could stay active unlike my previous 2 pregnancies before I worked with her. The recovery after birth was also very smooth and quick which I attribute to my Pilates sessions. Pilates is an effective and safe way to exercise through pregnancy with a trained instructor and I was back at Pilates 6 weeks after the birth of my daughter.
I’m glad to have found Cheryl and I feel much stronger and in control of my body now.
