After 12 sessions with Cheryl, I figure it’s timely to write a review. I got to know about Cheryl’s work through word-of-mouth, and it was also my first time hearing “clinical Pilates”.

I have been to several Pilates studios and am not new to 1-on-1 sessions, and was on a teacher training program at one point in time.
What sets Cheryl apart from mass market studios is really her attention to details, her vast knowledge of body mechanics, and not placing undue focus on showmanship.

Although my initial goal was to heal my diastasis recti (which I didn’t achieve with a specialist women physio), I have progressed far beyond that in this time.

I have greater awareness of my body, less aches, improved flexibility and balance.

Cheryl’s studio is warm and inviting, and completely free of judgement. Cheryl is also very generous with sharing her knowledge with a sincere heart of wanting each and every client to do well.
