I’ve been doing Pilates off and on for 10-15 years. I found Cheryl and her studio through a Google search and she has been helping me for the last 2 months on a number of endemic challenges I’ve had for many years – including lack of flexibility and balance, lower back issues, uneven hips, shoulders. Her approach is THE best I’ve found so far. I can see tangible and visible improvements in so many areas. Its been really motivating for me to see my body strengthening and gaining flexibility. There are of course, a lot of Pilates options in Singapore but there are three things which standout for me.
Pilates Geek – She’s very knowledgeable about Pilates (and fitness as a whole) and her passion, zeal and outright geekiness for Pilates is very obvious. This is the super useful as she can analyse issues more deeply and understand how they are connected to each other.
